Medal of Honor was a first-person shooter franchise steeped in the history of World War II and some of its most famous battles. However, the latest game in the series sheds its historical leanings in favor of a modern setting--in this case, the ongoing war in Afghanistan between coalition and opposition forces. While we have yet to see how Medal of Honor approaches this potentially sensitive subject in single-player, we have played portions of the game's multiplayer mode, which is being developed by a separate team at DICE--the same developer behind the Battlefield series.

Medal of Honor's multiplayer is fast paced.

As such, it's probably not surprising to learn that Medal of Honor's multiplayer has a Battlefield-like quality to it in that it's fast paced and there's rarely a lull in the action. We got our first taste of this in the Heland Valley map, which pits the opposing forces against each other on rugged terrain sprinkled with bombed-out fortifications. As the coalition forces, our goal was to make our way through these structures on the map before proceeding through two checkpoints to the final defensive stronghold located in a dilapidated building. Naturally, this was much easier said than done because the coalition forces also had the task of trying to find an optimal path across the rocky terrain and move swiftly through entry points so we didn't get bunched up. Of course, this happened several times and the opposing team--which often has the higher ground--managed to fend us off until the closing seconds of the match.

But before the match completely ended, we tried some of the other selectable classes for the coalition forces--each with its own weapon loadouts. The three classes we saw were rifleman, special ops, and sniper. The rifleman has access to all-around solid equipment, including the M16 assault rifle. Special ops makes use of the M4, as well as the 870 modular combat shotguns. Lastly, the sniper has the M21 and M24 sniper rifles. We had some decent success with the sniper because it was easy to step back, let everyone else charge in, and then pick off enemy forces when they were drawn out of their hiding spots.

You can try out one of three different classes.

In the following multiplayer match, we took to the streets of Kabul in a team assault match. This map is quite different from the previous maps in that all combatants are restricted to a single, ravaged downtown area. The abundance of structures also made for some excellent sniper hiding spots, but for the most part, some of the confrontations boiled down to firefights in the streets. Actually, a lot of these firefights devolved into members from opposing teams running around trying to shank each other with their combat knives. Throughout the course of the match, we also got a glimpse of the classes and weapons for opposition forces, which included sniper, special ops, and rifleman as well. As expected, many of these weapons are of Russian origins, including variants on the AK-47, the TOZ shotgun, and the SV-98 sniper rifle for the rifleman, special ops, and sniper classes, respectively.

Unfortunately, our time with Medal of Honor's multiplayer was all too brief, but we'll have more on the game in the coming weeks and months before its October 12 release date.

In the early 1990 "Steve Jackson" came up with the concept of collectible cards which were popularly known with the name battle cards. There are a number of sub games as well. Warrior cards have twenty five scratches off dots around the border. These are divided into many parts such as three life dots, one purse dot, four head dots, six arm dots, six leg dots and five body dots. Underneath each arm, leg, head and body dot is either nothing or a red blood drop. Underneath the purse dot is a number. To play each warrior selects one warrior card. Just like a coin flip, one player is randomly determined to go first then the first player scratches one of the head, arm, leg, or body dots off then player scratches again and the process is repeated. After scratching the purse dot, the player could collect the purse from the card. There are certain steps that are to be followed to decide how to play:

1) Shuffle the cards well and distribute all the cards amongst the players.

2) Cards are distributed and kept in such a manner that all see only the upper side of the card.

3) The player to the left of the dealer starts the game and the one with the highest value wins.

4) Then the winning planner chooses a fact from the next card.

5) If there is a tie between two people that is they share the same top value then, all the competing cards are placed in the middle and the same player chooses the other card from the same set.

The person who wins all the cards from the players is the winner.

Battle card is a game for both children and adults. It's a game that can be played with three people or more. When the weather is bad and you are looking for entertainment then battle cards are your friends.
Battle card is a game that uses imagination and strategy by using characters on a standard deck of playing cards using jokers. The objective of the game is to win on many tricks that is named battles and by engaging each other in wars to win many cards at once. Mark one joker as the big joker and it is the highest ranking card. The cards are ranked in the following sequence that is two through ace then joker and then big joker in sequence.

Deuce allows the player to draw two cards from the battle desk. One eyed jack of hearts and spades can steal one card from one player hands. The jack of clubs and diamonds can spy on one player's hand. The queen of hearts, diamonds and clubs played in battle with a same suited two through ten increases card to a king, jack or king to ace, and ace to little joker. If played in the players own sweep deck can be picked out and into their hand. Suicide king of cards played in the battle requires others players to throw two cards from their hand into the battle. If played in the players own sweep deck the other players must discard other two cards out of their hand into their own sweep deck.

Summoning king of diamonds played in a battle allows player to draw five additional cards. If played in the players own sweep deck the player gets to replace their hand with five new cards from their battle deck. If you want to add fun to the game then add candy to the mix. Each time a player draws five cards then player adds a piece of candy to the pot. Each time players engages into the war that means that player adds two pieces of candy to the pot. If you win the battle it means you draw one candy from the pot and if you win the war it means you need to draw three candies from the pot but the time you win the game, it means you have won the whole pot.

The collectable cards are used during the battle. The rules of the game may be decided at the same time by the challenger or they may be set by the person again by the one who losses the game. All through players can battle as many times as they wish even they may gain an experience of twenty four hours but experience with the same person can be gains only a limited number of times. The next day the number may be reset and the battle can be started again but at times this game might result in only gaining experience at the end of the day.
